911 Childrens Fund

I started school Aug 18th applied for benefits in April and received certification. College submitted their confirmation and I received automated email that it was received. It is Oct 7th and still no payment. Has anyone received payment for either books or BAH?
I woke up this morning and my BAH and book money posted to my checking account. They paid me!
